Payment is due at the time treatment is provided

If you are interested in financing your treatment, please ask to speak with our financial coordinator.
Our office is also a CareCredit approved provider. Patients with insurance We are happy to directly file claims and necessary forms to the appropriate insurance companies and assist patients in maximizing their medical and dental benefits. Patients are responsible for any balance not paid by insurance. If you are unsure of your benefits, please contact your insurance company to find out what your financial obligations will be. Upon request, we will send a predetermination of benefits to your insurance company. Please keep in mind each dental or medical plan is designed differently and coverage can vary.
